  From the moment looking for our preferred vehicle, all the way to the delivery, was a pleasant experience for my wife and I. Frank Caruso, the sales consultant, provided a non pressure atmosphere regarding the vehicle purchase. He was polite and gave us knowledgeable explanations. He offered various options and made us feel comfortable in the decision making process. I recommend Frank and Grimsby Hyundai when buying a vehicle.

  Without prejudice and exaggeration purchasing my 2018 Tucson was the single greatest car buying experience in my life. My sales rep Paul and financial rep Connor went way above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. No pressure, ZERO hassles, and I was accommodated every single step of way. Some of the best people in the auto industry bar none and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to not only purchase again, but to fully recommend friends and family to what I consider to be the greatest dealership in Ontario.   Hands down best service at any dealership. We have dealt with other Hyundai dealerships as well as other makes of car’s dealerships, this location is the best from reception to sales to financing to management.
  Frank Caruso was very attentive and helpful in assisting us with purchasing a new vehicle quickly. Connor McPhail was amazing in assisting us with financing. Both gentlemen were professional and helped make the purchasing of the new vehicle a quick and easy transaction.
  We will definitely be returning to this location for future purchases as well as referring friends and family.

  Wonderful experience. Lucia was a pleasure to deal with. Their prices were better than their competition. At the last minute, after we had already negotiated a deal, I asked them if they would consider a trade for my used vehicle. They gave me a very fair and reasonable price. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Thanks Grimsby. If I ever buy a Hyundai again, you will most certainly get my repeat business!

  We just brought home our 2018 Santa Fe. Love it!!! Frank was an amazing sales associate from the beginning, which was about 2 months ago. We started at Grimsby Hyundai with some test drives, but we continued looking at other cars. We compared prices, options and spoke to our mechanic about our likes. Frank touched base a few times over those 2 months, not pushy, which we really appreciated. We went back to Grimsby Hyundai. Frank was very helpful, answered all our questions, gave us options, and in the end we picked up our shiny, spotless new Santa Fe. Thanks Frank!!!
  Financing was amazing as well, Kawan was fantastic. Friendly, professional dealership. We would definitely return for our next car.
